PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
The sedative dietary supplement Vamelise is formulated with a blend of four medicinal herbs: GABA, Valerian, Melissa, Passionflower, L theanine, Matricaria Chamomila and Hawthorn, along with the amino acid Glycine. It offers many health benefits, especially in relation to the nervous and cardiovascular systems. Vamelise relieves symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic fatigue syndrome, promotes restful sleep, and protects against heart diseases.

• GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a neurotransmitter that has a natural calming effect, reduces feelings of anxiety and fear, improves mood, reduces depression and stress. GABA, as an antidepressant, is used to regulate sleep, prevent anxiety, improve mood and premenstrual symptoms.
• Valerian is used for the relief of nervous tension and sleep disorders. It possesses a calming effect on anxiety, stress and is linked to improvements in both the time it takes to fall asleep and overall sleep quality in insomnia and other sleep disorders. It is effective for depression and chronic fatigue syndrome. Also Valerian reduces menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms (hot flashes and anxiety).
• Melissa is effective in relieving symptoms of stress and promoting sleep, improves mood and cognitive functions, also It has been found to provide relief for mild digestive disorders including bloating.
  Passionflower alleviates symptoms of mental stress and aids sleep.
• Hawthorn enhances heart health by increasing coronary artery blood flow, improving circulation, and lowering blood pressure. It relieves symptoms of temporary heart complaints related to nervousness, such as palpitations. Hawthorn also is effective in relieving symptoms of mental stress and sleep disorders.
• Glycine is an amino acid that holds significant role in the nervous system. It enhances various cognitive functions such as memory, learning, and attention. Glycine is used to relieve nervous tension and anxiety, promoting better sleep quality and enhancing mental performance.
• L-theanine, as a natural sedative, is an amino acid obtained from green tea leaves and is a precursor to gamma-aminobutyric acid, participates in inhibition reactions, calms and protects the nervous system from overload, reduces stress, and improves the ability to focus and concentrate.
• Chamomile (Marticaria) promotes relaxation, makes it easier to fall asleep and improves sleep quality; relieves stress, anxiety and has a calming effect. The phenols in chamomile help the body fight infections.

COMPOSITION

Each Vegan Capsule Contains Active Ingredients:

• Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root dry extract– 150 mg
• Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves dry extract – 100 mg
• Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) dry extract – 50 mg
• Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) leaves dry extract – 50 mg
• Glycine (amino acid) – 100 mg
• L theanine  - 105mg
• Matricaria Chamomila  - 50mg

Excipients: Magnesium stearate and dicalcium phosphate.

INDICATIONS
Stress, anxiety, depression, nervouseness, heart palpitations, insomnia and other sleep disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome, menopausal symptoms, mild digestive disorders.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For adolescents and adults aged 12 and older, take one vegan capsule orally two or three times daily, preferably with meals. For sleep support, take 2 capsules 1-2 hours before bedtime. Vamelise can be used by children under 12 years of age with a doctor`s recommendation.
