We all want our children to be healthy, rarely get sick, have strong immune systems, and grow and develop properly.

To ensure a child grows and develops healthily, proper nutrition is one of the key components. From the very first day of life, a child requires adequate nutrition, and as they grow, the need to incorporate a variety of essential foods into their diet increases.

Around six months of age, a baby begins eating solid foods and gradually experiences the flavors of healthy options. Parents whose children are open to trying new foods are fortunate because establishing a balanced diet from the start is one of the best ways to support their immunity.

So, what should a child eat? Children’s nutrition follows the same principles as adult nutrition: everyone needs vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. However, children require different amounts of these nutrients at various stages of growth.

To ensure your child receives proper nutrition, include foods such as seafood, dairy products, probiotic-rich options, lean meats, eggs, beans, peas, leafy green vegetables, nuts, and seeds in their diet.

It`s also important to limit the intake of sugar and salt in your child`s meals and to avoid fast food and sweets as much as possible
